  • A household of 4 must earn no more than $81,144 to qualify.
  • Limits increase progressively with household size, up to $133,056 for a 12-person household.

Additionally, maximum rent amounts are restricted to ensure affordability:

  • A 2-bedroom unit (typically for a household of 3) is capped at $1,330/month.
  • A 3-bedroom unit (household of 4.5) may not exceed $1,714/month.
  • Rent caps vary by unit size and are subject to change annually.
